PRICE CHANGES-
Due to price changes from manufacturers we reserve the right to change prices as necessary without prior notice.
SHORTAGES
All claims must be reported within 10 days after recieving shipment. No Exceptions will be allowed. if you find you have been shorted please contact our customer service department immediately so that we may resolve any problems.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All defective or warranty merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. However we will be more than happy to help you contact the manufacture.
EXCHANGES
Must have prior approval and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs are forwarded to the customer.
SERVICE AND OPERATING HOURS
We will do everything possible to insure that all orders placed before 9:00pm will be shipped the next day, { arrow orders may delay shipments}. our operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm C.S.T.
RETURNS
All items returned must have prior approval, and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
REFUSED SHIPMENT
Accounts that refuse orders without prior approval from our customer service department will be subject to pay all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you have a change of address please let us know immediately. Each time U.P.S has to redirect a package there is a charge of $5.00. If you fail to let us know of address changes, or after your order is placed make arrangments with your U.P.S driver to deliver the goods to another address or your account will be charged any extra fees that U.P.S charges us.
